Yolanda L. Fox, Esquire, has been a dedicated family law attorney for three decades, representing clients in complex Family and Domestic Relations matters across Florida. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995, she has extensive litigation experience and a deep understanding of family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, domestic violence, child custody, and post-judgment modifications

Participating in and contributing to The Florida Bar is important to her. She serves on the Family Law Section’s CLE, and the Diversity and Inclusion Committees.Through the CLE Committee she remains on top of relevant issues and changes in the law, as well as seeking opportunities to develop and moderate continuing education courses. Her work with The Florida Bar earned her a “Rising Star Award” in 2024.

Yolanda provides comprehensive legal counsel, managing cases from initial consultation through trial and appeals. Her work as a court-appointed Guardian ad Litem since 2012 demonstrates her commitment to advocating for children’s best interests, addressing issues of parental responsibility, timesharing, and relocation.

Yolanda’s career also includes a decade of service as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, during which she facilitated resolutions in highly contentious cases. Her ability to adapt to evolving legal challenges, coupled with her personable yet professional demeanor, has earned her recognition as a compassionate, knowledgeable and effective advocate.
