The newest hire, Brian Prieto, Esq. is an associate litigator with approximately 7 years of experience handling both uncontested and highly complex family situations. Brian has litigated high asset and good fortune matters during his career, as well as extensive litigation both through the administrative court process and circuit court matters ranging from child support and paternity to highly contested divorces and relocations. During law school, he interned as a clerk with the Honorable Judge Antonio Arzola of Miami-Dade County and actively interned for a local family litigator, Adrian Reyes, Esq. for 3 years.
In 2012, Brian graduated from the University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and in 2014, he graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law, in Miami Gardens, Florida, as a Doctor of Law (J.D.)
For the past two consecutive years (2021, 2022) Brian has made the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch,” list and was nominated as a Lawyers of Distinction Member, meaning he was recognized for excellence in the practice of law.
