From Resilience to Advocacy: Sergio's Story
Sergio Cabanas’ journey to founding Divorce Lawyers | Cabanas Law Firm is rooted in his Cuban family’s resilience, rebuilding their lives in Puerto Rico after fleeing hardship. Raised with a deep belief in education, Sergio pursued law, driven by a sense of justice sparked by courtroom dramas. However, it was his own painful childhood experience of a protracted divorce that forged his commitment to family law, vowing to protect others from similar suffering. This personal promise laid the foundation for his firm.
A Well-Rounded Approach to Life & Wellness
Outside of law, Sergio Cabanas holds a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and is a certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor with the Yoga Alliance. His dedication to discipline and mindfulness extends beyond legal practice, reinforcing his balanced and holistic approach to life.
