Jeniffer brings nearly two decades of legal experience to Cabanas Law Firm, with a career that spans family law, immigration, and civic leadership. She has represented clients in contested and uncontested dissolutions, paternity matters, time-sharing disputes, child support, and domestic violence injunctions since 2007.
Beyond her legal practice, Jeniffer serves as an elected City Commissioner for Sunny Isles Beach, where she has developed legislative advocacy programs and community education initiatives. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator and has taught legal writing and ethics at the university level.
Jeniffer is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a unique combination of courtroom experience, mediation skill, and public service to every case.
