Experience
Dina Shehata Hujber is a Senior Litigation Attorney recognized for delivering exceptional results in complex, high-value family law matters, including sophisticated dissolution of marriage, custody, time-sharing, child support, alimony, and financial matters. Licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey, she is regarded as a premier advocate for clients whose cases demand precision, discretion, and strategic command of the law and the finances at stake.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Business Law, uniquely qualifying her to handle high-net-worth divorces involving closely held corporations, complex financial investments, and other sophisticated asset structures. This background gives her a distinct advantage in matters involving business valuations, equitable distribution, and retirement and asset division. Dina is equally known for her ability to connect with clients and to engage opposing counsel with professionalism and credibility, a skill she brings directly to the negotiating table to pursue efficient, favorable resolutions without sacrificing the rigor litigation demands.
For nearly two decades, Dina has built a wealth of experience leading her own family law practice, handling hundreds of trials, hearings, and mediations. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law in 2003 and her MBA from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business in 2005, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University. She is a Certified Civil Mediator in New Jersey and has served as an Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau since 2018, and is fluent in both English and Arabic. Dina currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she teaches Civil Pre-Trial Practice, shaping the next generation of attorneys and bringing the full weight of her litigation experience into the classroom. To know her is to want her as your lawyer.
